It’s no secret that there are a handful of games in which the modding community create “naked mods” that essentially makes certain character prance around in their birthday suit and allowing said modders to get their jollies off to them. For one Street Fighter 6 player, he may have taken it too far when he accidentally broadcasted a naked Chun-Li during a Street Fighter 6 tournament.
“That’s a very interesting, um…Chun-Li costume there.” Those were the words of the Street Fighter 6 commentator, as he was greeted by a Chun-Lik that had been made naked by the alleged mod, in a match between another player using Kimberley. The match itself was part of a tournament known as Corner2Corner, which is a weekly online throwdown hosted in Europe. Perhaps what is more embarrassing is that the mod was installed on the tournament host’s machine but mercifully, after a brief moment of surprise, the feed is cut.

A clip of the snafu was posted on Twitter by user Nicholas De Orio (@nicholasdeorio) but as PCGamer points out, the most amusing and notable element of their tweet is that it has been reposted more than 6,000 times and bookmarked more than 11,000 times as of this publication. Proving once again that the Twitterscape is just a massive free-for-all.
Unsurprisingly, the clip of the Street Fighter 6 stream has made its way on to Reddit and the subreddit r/livestreamfails, where several hilarious comments by redditors in response to the clip. One user said “how horny have you gotta be to add nude mods to a game”, the answer to which another redditor simply said “yes”. Another funny comment that we found was “I knew a fella who had an orange dick from cheeto dust”. But perhaps the top comment was one that said “Never borrow this guy’s stick”.
The Corner2Corner organiser has since apologised for the incident and said that the mistake was just a “graphical mod” that was accidentally left on for a few seconds. Whatever the case though, one thing is clear: the host clearly must’ve mastered the art of one-handed fighting.
