The first half of January is pretty packed with product launches, with the OPPO Find X7 being included in the mix. As the brand posted on its account on Chinese social media Weibo, the launch is happening on 8 January, at 2:30PM. Though as with most details found on this site, it will likely be something specific to the brand’s home market.
That being the case, the post also includes a short clip showcasing the design of the OPPO Find X7. In it, the brand showcases the device in two distinct variants, with each sporting a different colour at the back at that. The coloured part looks to either be plastic, or possibly vegan leather, with the bits around the camera island getting a layer of glass on top.
One of the to versions, presumably a Pro model, can be seen with two periscope cameras among the lineup of four. The other one, ostensibly the base model, only has one of its four cameras in a periscope setup. Perhaps also worth noting are the 14 – 135mm focal length for the cameras of the Pro model, as well as 15 – 70mm on the base model. One thing that both versions of the OPPO Find X7 have in common is what looks like a three-stage alert slider.
No other items on the spec sheet was revealed in the clip, which is pretty understandable. For more, we will have to wait for the launch to happen, which isn’t too long now.
