The iQOO Z7 series was launched in Malaysia back in April with two colour options for the vanilla model. Now the brand has released the phone in Supernova Orange, which was already unveiled in its home market but has just made its way here.
It sports a 6.64-inch 1080p LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Inside, the iQOO Z7 runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G chipset and unlike the previous release, the orange variant only comes in a single configuration with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. For connectivity, it supports 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and NFC as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack and an infrared blaster.
On the back, the phone features a dual-camera setup with a 64MP primary lens and a 2MP depth sensor, while the front offers a 16MP selfie snapper. Powering everything is a standard 5,000mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging. It ships with Funtouch OS 13 based on Android 13.
The iQOO Z7 in Supernova Orange is available on the brand’s Shopee and Lazada stores at RM1,499, the same price of the other colours with this configuration. With every purchase on 25 August, while stocks last, the phone also comes with a free pair of wireless earbuds.
