Astro to charge RM300 administrative fee for AstroBIZ account reconnection

Heads up if you’re business owner or a commercial establishment, and are subscribed to the Astro Biz commercial package. MEASAT Broadcast Network System Sdn Bhd on the 10th of May 2023 sent out an announcement via email to all it’s AstroBIZ customers with an updated terms and conditions of subscription.

Clause 8.5 now specifically reads “Astro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to charge the Customer an administrative fee of RM300.00 (excluding any Government Tax) to the Customer’s Astro Account as reactivation cost where the Customer is suspended.” You will also need to settle all outstanding amounts, inclusive of the said re-connection administrative fees in order for the service to be reactivated should your account be suspended.

Astro Flexi Biz packages start from RM159 a month for 17 HD channels,  while the 4k UHD pack with 32 channels start at RM599 a month.
